What is the process for ordering items, including bespoke requirements?

Simply add the product and quantities you require to the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. You will be asked to provide the Departmental Cost Centre and Nominal Code for invoicing purposes, please ensure you have approval from the relevant business signatory. Orders for In Stock items placed before 1pm GMT, will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day.
If you have a bespoke merchandise requirement, please use this project form to let us know what it is that you are after.

Are the items approved for clients?

Merchandise is designed to increase brand awareness. All items listed here are approved to be used both internally and externally.

Who do I contact if none of the items displayed are suitable?

If you cannot find what you are looking for from the current product catalogue, we also offer a bespoke service. Please use this project form to let us know what it is that you are after. Our sales team will look into your requirements and will revert with ideas or pricing as soon as possible. Please note that sourcing bespoke items can take 4-5 weeks.

Where can I get the Freshfields logo to use on my merchandise?

BDA hold approved versions of our logo, so you do not need to supply this.
Use of the Freshfields logo requires approval from our brand team, please contact Senior Brand Manager, Sara Baines sara.baines@freshfields.com to obtain approval of any bespoke merchandise.

Who can help with designing my merchandise?

For help with branding bespoke merchandise please contact the CDG design studio conrandesigngroup@freshfields.com. Please note that all branding of bespoke merchandise and use of the Freshfields logo requires approval from our brand team, please contact Senior Brand Manager, Sara Baines (sara.baines@freshfields.com).

I'm sponsoring an event, do we have any generic Freshfields branded materials?

Pull up/exhibition banners can be loaned from your respective events team.

Can I suggest an item for inclusion in the website range?

Absolutely, new ideas are welcomed and always considered. Please contact Dawn Christie, (dawn.christie2@freshfields.com).

Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

Each item has a minimum order quantity. Please click on the item and this information will be displayed in the product details box.

How does the payment work?

Approval should be obtained from business signatories before orders are placed. To place your order, you will need to provide the Departmental Cost Centre (this is between 4-5 characters long, i.e. 2MBD) and the relevant Nominal Code (5 digit number). If you are unsure about which Cost Centre to use, please speak to your manager who can confirm this for you. For in stock items, the delivery charges and product costs will be recharged to your local office / cost centre. Made to order items and bespoke orders will be invoiced to you directly for payment.

What are the delivery destinations and duration?

All orders placed before 1pm GMT weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery within UK Mainland is 1-2 days. Same day delivery is available on request.
Delivery within the European Union is 2-3 days. Delivery outside of the EU is usually 3-5 working days, depending on geographical location and customs clearance. If you have specific delivery instructions or require a particularly urgent delivery, please get in touch with us before, or as soon as you have placed your order. We can then confirm all available options and any additional costs to you.

What are the delivery charges?

Each order will be charged a picking/packing fee to cover the fulfilment from our warehouse. Full information on delivery costs will be automatically calculated for all orders up to 15kg at the checkout. Any delivery costs for orders going outside of the EU or are above this weight category may calculate as TBC in which case we can confirm the shipping cost to you as soon as our warehouse has picked and packed your order.

Can I change my order once it’s been confirmed?

Orders can be amended within one hour of placing the order. If the goods have been dispatched, items can be returned for a full refund excluding the delivery and packing costs. See ‘Returns and refunds’ for more information.

Can I return unwanted items?

Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that a restocking charge of 10% of the order value will apply and delivery and picking/packing charges are non-refundable. You will need to arrange the return and we recommend always using a tracked delivery service.

Safeguarding Measures

Bensussen Deutsch & Associates Ltd takes your privacy seriously and we take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have layers of security measures in place, including:

Consequences of Not Providing Your Data

You are not obligated to provide your personal information to Bensussen Deutsch & Associates Ltd, however, as this information is required for us to provide you with our services and deliver your products/legitimate, we will not be able to offer this service without it.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Bensussen Deutsch & Associates Ltd, only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.

Lodging A Complaint
